Partners with cross-functional teams including marketing communications, marketing technology, corporate communications, product management, sales and agency partners to devise integrated digital marketing campaigns and best practices. Defines and coordinates digital marketing efforts such as SEO, PPC, social media, email, blogs, forums, etc. to acquire, nurture and convert leads. Continually observes user behavior and tests new approaches to improve website traffic, design and user experience. Monitors and reports on KPIs to continually demonstrate and improve effectiveness. Manages relationships with external partners who complement our strengths or weaknesses and fill need gaps.

- Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to enhance brand visibility and website traffic as well as acquire, nurture, convert and retain leads to reach revenue goals and KPIs while maximizing ROI
- Collaborate with marketing communications, marketing technology, corporate communications, product management and sales to develop and align on digitally integrated marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with partners to identify and execute on keyword/phrase strategies
- Constructs strategies for customer progressive profiling, segmentation, retargeting and content customization
- Manage all inbound and outbound digital marketing efforts including SEO, PPC, social media, blogs/forums, backlinking, email and online display advertising
- Coordinate with marketing communications and the marketing technology team on campaign asset development, deployment of associated landing pages, content keyword optimization, content management system (CMS) and marketing automation system (MAS) configuration and publishing
- Communicate performance, insights and opportunities throughout the organization with frequent analysis and focus on KPIs
- Partner with sales, marketing and marketing technology to develop and implement eCommerce strategies that maximize online product visibility, revenue and eCommerce lead acquisition
- Monitor website user behavior and conduct A/B split and multivariate testing to identify, recommend and implement website functionality, architecture and user interface enhancements to continually optimize user experience and website effectiveness
- Ensure that the website is current and continually refreshed
- Manage budgets across digital marketing channels and partners
- Continuously explore trends and new methods in digital that improve upon marketing’s contributions to strategic business objectives.

Qualifications (Text Only)

- 3+ years’ experience or the equivalent in job-relevant work experience
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, advertising or similar required
- Proficient in using MAS and CMS platforms. Marketo marketing automation and SiteCore content management systems preferred
- Proficient in managing SEO and PPC programs
- Experience with CRM systems. SalesForce preferred
- Proficient in Google Analytics, AdWords and social media monitoring tools
- Proficient with MS Office Suite
- Strategic thinker with strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely
- Ability to work effectively in a matrix environment
- Ability to travel 10-15% of time
