The Multimedia Production Specialist will work as a part of the Communications team to provide creative multimedia and video production services that meet the growing needs within CS. Must have strong understanding of storytelling through the use of video and photography and have mastery of the technology necessary to produce high-quality videos and photographs. Individual should be able to work in team environment and independently while managing projects from beginning to end.

- Work as part of a team to: design digital resources such as email banners, PPT presentations, and web pages; execute e-mail marketing campaigns, including design of e-mail pieces; update web content and create new pages as needed via a content management system; produce training videos and other short video productions; and other marketing-related tasks as needed.
- Capture, retrieve, create and/or edit visual, audio or other resources that can be incorporated into instructional materials, website showcases and multimedia presentations.
- Edit, arrange, and produce video/audio/digital media within limited time constraints.Should be able to choose titles, music, animation and narration.
- Work in a team environment and maintain harmonious working relationships with co-workers
- Work within existing corporate brand standards with an attitude of possibility in an effort to take corporate communications to the next level.
- Creating production plans and timelines for multimedia projects, under guidance of Senior, Marketing Communication Manager and the Communications Manager.
- Work collaboratively with people from across the marketing and sales teams to help meet CS’s needs for photographic support for promotional, informational and branding needs.
- Assist with multimedia needs for use in public relations, magazines, brochures, newsletters, other publications, recruitment and other promotional materials
- Take photos in multiple settings including to not limited to; office personnel, product samples, tradeshows and conferences.
- Upload optimized video and photographs to websites and social media sites

Qualifications (Text Only)

EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s degree in media, communications and/or related field
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 3 years experience in video production and digital photography and demonstrated ability to tell compelling visual stories in both media.
- General knowledge of marketing best practices
- Experience working with a DAS (Widen a plus)
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:
- Must have broad knowledge of photographic processes, methods and new technologies.
- Command of a variety of digital cameras and equipment, including electronic strobe, and other lighting equipment.
- Demonstrated ability to use software editing programs and video equipment such as cameras, microphones and lighting.  Software includes, Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and PowerPoint
- Ability to work within a collaborative, team-oriented environment
- Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices and procedures in video and design fields.
- Excellent verbal, written and business communication skills; ability to compose business correspondence, media communications and multimedia presentations.The ability to manage several projects at the same time
- Preferred: Experience with Marketo, Google Analytics, Adobe and Sitecore (Content Management System)
- Ability to travel 10-15% of time
