Overview (Text Only)

Responsible for setting up and operating a wide-format printer or assemble product according to written and/or verbal instructions, established company procedures, safety, and quality guidelines, customer requirements of quality, cost, and time using the most economical means. Overtime and 2nd shift hours may be required.

Responsibilities (Text Only)

- Run a production machine and understand its operation or assemble product to customer specifications.
- Sets up press according to established company guidelines, safety, and job requirements.
- Assist the Production Lead in achieving scheduling requirements.
- Secures supervisor’s approval for production run.
- Prints job maintaining optimum production rate, color density, and quality standard within company and customer guidelines, and makes press adjustments as required.
- Solves printing problems.
- Completes production records.
- Assist in the maintenance of equipment.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Assumes additional related responsibilities as required
- Performs all other related duties assigned by managemen
- Assist in tracking, Stocking & Replenishing printing supplies
- Maintain clean work areas
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment
- Help prepare/pack shipments
- Carries out conduct and leadership responsibilities in accordance with company policies, procedures, safety, and applicable laws

- Wide-Format Printer Experience
- Understanding of Color Management
- Ability to meet demands established by a dynamic schedule
- Understanding of computers
- Basic Math Skills
- Basic RIP Operation
- Quality Control Experience
- Microsoft Office
