Under general direction, provides administrative support and customer service duties. in our Louver Sales Department.

General administrative duties- answering phone calls, file maintenance
Generate emails and reports as needed
Support and correspond with members of department and supervisor
Answer incoming calls and assume other receptionist duties when needed
Creates and modifies documents using Microsoft Office
Coordinates department calendar and meetings as needed
Assume additional related responsibilities as required

3-5 years experience
Associates Degree, Bachelor’s preferred
