Manage the quality management system and associated personnel.

Responsibilities (Text Only)

- Manage and improve the internal inspection process. Create, document and implement inspection criteria and procedures, publish non-conformance reports.
- Establish and improve the Root Cause/Corrective Action (RCCA) process. Investigate and act on trends to improve product and processes quality.
- Maintain and improve documentation for ISO 9001 business system.
- Lead QC inspectors.
- Lead functional test station personnel.
- Lead Service Department.
- Investigate (and correct) customer issues relating to quality. Coordinate corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
- Collect and report on quality metrics and recommend improvements.
- Evaluate quality function/personnel and align resources for optimal effectiveness.
- Coordinate Engineering, Operations, and Service to improve written product and process standards.
- Conceive and execute system audits for ISO compliance.
- Conduct periodic executive quality system reviews.
- Interpret and train quality control philosophy to key personnel.
- Coordinate with Purchasing and vendors to ensure quality of all purchased parts.

Qualifications (Text Only)

Bachelor's Degree plus 3-5 years of Quality Engineering/Quality Management experience.
