Impact Specialties is a flooring and wall protection distributor/manufacturer that services the major retail, restaurant and hotel chains. We bring products in from all over the world to service these unique market needs. Impact Specialties is a division of a large global architectural products manufacturer. This gives us the financial stability of a large company but the speed and agility of a small company.
This role will Develop and maintain the overall positioning and business selling strategy in the territory through leading, managing and supporting the independent representative network. Includes the goal of achieving a set annual sales volume, yield and profit margin. Manages all aspects of the sales process for the region by performing the following duties.


- Develops and implements strategic sales plans to accommodate department & regional goals.
- Answers inquiries from customers, sales reps, and architects concerning price, application of products and technical product information. Corresponds with sales reps and customers to obtain required information
- Monitors assigned estimators to assure strategy and accuracy of pricing
- Reviews project contracts for terms, conditions, document requirements, and performance requirements
- Provides guidance and assistance to architects, customers and sales reps in oral or written form
- Maintain and manage accounts, projects, opportunities and quotations in Salesforce
- Develop sales tools such as proposal package, PowerPoint presentations, product comparisons, tech manuals, specification sheets, warranty sheets
- Develop overall business sales strategy and regional positioning
- Willing to travel into sales territory to work with Sales Representatives, customer and architects
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management
- Work with other departments within the organization


To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
- Must be able to create and maintain CRM forecasting, follow-up and custom reports
- Construction industry knowledge a plus, but not required
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral
- Must be very organized and have a desire and ability to organize others.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Problem solving skills
- Presentation Skills
- Ability to negotiate contracts
- Ability to work with others and on a team
