Under general direction, provides administrative support and customer service duties.

- General administrative duties- answering phone calls, file maintenance
- Generate emails, letters and reports as needed
- Support and correspond with members of department and supervisor
- Creates and modifies documents using Microsoft Office and Excel
- Coordinates department calendar and meetings as needed
- Attend department meetings
- Order entry maintenance and management
- ISO Process Tracking
- Assume additional related responsibilities as required


Organizational Skills
Knowledge of AS400
Detail Oriented
Time management skills
Customer Service focused
Communication skills
Data Entry
Microsoft Office Word and Excel
3-5 years; sales office or construction industry experience preferred
Associates Degree, Bachelor’s preferred
