Under general direction performs work as instructed by Maintenance Supervisor. Maintains shop tools, equipment, vehicles, building and grounds in a clean and good working order.
Directs, plans, assigns, and monitors post order production department operations and activities. Determines priorities for department operations in conjunction with production schedule and schedulers. Interfaces with the project coordinator regarding customer expectations and job specifications. Responsible for the implementation of all policies, practices, and procedures pertaining to production personnel. Maintains/Updates ERP/MRP Business Systems with current production data. Closes orders for invoicing upon completion releasing the work for shipment. Supervises and coordinates the activities of production workers.
The Drafter will support our Interior Wall Protection (IWP) Strategic Business Unit coordinating projects to include: customer service and drafting submissions, revisions, reviews and releases.
Performs duties to ensure daily production requirements are fulfilled to meet shipping deadlines. Assists in overseeing, assigning, follow‑up and checking work and participates in production or other production support segment of operations. Read blueprints as necessary. Builds crates and boxes around items to be shipped. Operates saws, drills, and punches, forming equipment to fabricate material to specifications. Loads, unloads and moves materials with in or near plant, yard or work site by performing the following duties.

The Assembler A – Samples performs various manufacturing operations and computer transactions on jobs for the Interior Wall Protection (IWP) Strategic Business Unit. Is responsible for manufacture of sub-assemblies, final assembly, scanning, packing and shipping.
This position supports our Interior Wall Protection (IWP) Strategic Business Unit by ensuring that representatives and internal/external customers receive the best service possible with pricing, follow-up, and all other related sales activities. Customer contact for scheduling, shipping, lead times, and stock checks.
Under general direction, prepares all material for export, manages inventory control and sample orders.

Sells interior building products to nursing homes, hospitals, and contractors over the phone. This is an outbound, inside telesales position. Contacts, sells, and services products to customers over the telephone including assigned accounts, major accounts, and prospective customers including significant amount of cold calling. Ability to makes 50+ outbound calls per day or 1.5 hours per day on phone.
Responsible for setting up and operating a wide-format printer or assemble product according to written and/or verbal instructions, established company procedures, safety, and quality guidelines, customer requirements of quality, cost, and time using the most economical means. Overtime and 2nd shift hours may be required.
Interprets product requirements from architectural drawings or written specs. Prepares bids based upon drawing specifications, material, labor and finished costs. Corresponds with field sales representatives, architects, contractors, and internal personnel in preparation of sales bids in an office collaborative environment. Training provided; however, experience in the construction industry is helpful.
